If you are a new client wishing to schedule a life changing appointment, call (847) 826-7702. Due to being in session, your phone calls may initially reach voicemail. Your call is important and every effort will be made to return your call within 24 hours. When leaving a message, most people provide their contact information and share a very brief description of the problem along with times they are most available. Upon call back, Felicia Glick will provide a 10 to 15 minute free telephone consultation to help you determine if we will be helpful for your needs.
If you are an existing client, you have the option of scheduling appointments through the internet. You can log on to www.Therapyappointment.com using your user name and password and find your therapists schedule. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we request that you do so 24 hours before your appointment.
IF YOUR SITUATION IS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, PLEASE CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR CLOSEST EMERGENCY ROOM!
The first appointment is an initial assessment where a series of questions are discussed in an effort to clearly identify each individual or family member's concerns so that you and Felicia can develop goals for the treatment focus. Generally, the first appointment is 60 minutes in length. Follow-up appointments are between 45- 65 minutes in length.
